Summary

Congratulations! You have completed the course "Introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming."

We started this course by exploring what neuro linguistic programming is and what its origins are. We also covered common terms and the NLP presuppositions.

Then, we looked at how NLP represents the world using the VAKOG acronym. (This is analogous to our five senses, but slightly different.) We also looked at using language that speaks to our senses and how to interpret eye cues. With all that in hand, we looked at enriching our communication with vivid language.

Next, we moved on to interpreting body language and the various states of mind proposed by NLP. We also looked at using clean questions, hypnotic language, and positive and negative commands to influence outcomes.

We wrapped everything up with another look at your pre-assignment. You should now feel ready to use NLP to interact with the world around you in a more conscious, positive, enriched way.
