Communication is an important part of any manager’s toolkit, and there are some additional skills that we can develop to help us communicate with people from cultures other than our own.

In this session, we’ll learn about high and low context cultures. We’ll also explore how the same message can be interpreted in different ways. To wrap things up, we’ll share some basic communication techniques and some tips for handing miscommunication.
