These investigations are conducted by Safety Personnel who have had extensive training in conducting interviews, collecting physical evidence, analyzing information, and developing solutions. It is important, however, that we understand the general processes of accident/incident investigation in order to understand the importance of reporting accidents/incidents immediately. Supervisors assist Safety Personnel in the investigations.
