Before you begin this course, you’re invited to do some thinking about what’s happening in your workplace (or if you are a contract trainer, at a client’s workplace).

For example, do you think there could be a need in the sales area, human resources, finance, customer service, or somewhere else?


Get the job description for that position, or ask your HR consultant for the competencies (skills that people need to be good at) required for that job.

They are probably written somewhere, or you may need to review the mission, vision, and values for the company; an annual report; or a strategic plan in order to locate them.
