Making Connections, Part Two
AbleConnect is presently performing the following activities:
- Talent management plan in place
- Team-based knowledge, skills, and attitude development plans are created annually
- Classroom training is provided to all new agents
- First week of being on the phones includes guided live calls
- Communication skills training is offered every six months on a voluntary basis
- Expectations for behavior and limits to authority are communicated in training
- Incremental pay increases are issued annually, at the discretion of the manager
