Making Connections, Part Two

AbleConnect is presently performing the following activities:

  • Talent management plan in place
  • Team-based knowledge, skills, and attitude development plans are created annually
  • Classroom training is provided to all new agents
  • First week of being on the phones includes guided live calls
  • Communication skills training is offered every six months on a voluntary basis
  • Expectations for behavior and limits to authority are communicated in training
  • Incremental pay increases are issued annually, at the discretion of the manager
