Session 23: Handling Performance Problems

Sometimes people simply refuse to comply with what we expect at work. There can be plenty of reasons for this, but what’s important to remember is that if the employee is offering excuses, it still does not justify the fact that their work is not getting done or that relationships are suffering.

In this session, you’ll learn about the merits of handling performance problems, setting up a behavior contract for negative behavior, and rewarding behaviors you want to reinforce.
